Allen Light is a highly skilled roofing and construction professional with more than 35 years of industry experience, including over 20 years dedicated specifically to roofing consulting, inspections, and project management. His extensive background in specifying and evaluating a wide range of roofing systems has provided him with in-depth technical knowledge and practical expertise across diverse project types.

Allen’s experience spans residential re-roofing projects for single-family homes and multifamily complexes, as well as large-scale industrial and commercial facilities. He has successfully managed multi-million-dollar roof replacement and restoration projects, providing clients with reliable, performance-driven solutions. His deep understanding of evolving roof inspection and maintenance programs allows him to develop strategies that maximize roof system performance, longevity, and lifecycle value.

Allen is a credentialed Registered Roof Observer (RRO) through the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) and a Certified Infrared Moisture Survey Technician (CIMS). He actively participates in multiple professional organizations, reflecting his commitment to continuing education and industry leadership.

Director of Sales & Marketing | Manager of Infrared Thermography

Danielle Brissae serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing and Manager of Infrared Thermography, bringing a strong background in client relations, business development, and diagnostic roof evaluations. She is a Level I Certified Infrared Thermographer (IRT) and holds the Certified Infrared Thermography Manager (CIMS) designation.

Danielle leads the company’s infrared thermography program, overseeing project execution, reporting standards, and quality control. Her expertise helps clients make informed decisions by accurately identifying moisture intrusion and roofing system deficiencies.

She is an active member of National Women in Roofing (NWIR) and the Sacramento Valley Branch of IIBEC, demonstrating her commitment to professional development, industry leadership, and technical excellence.
